His for the Holidays by Samantha Chase is now live!

Samantha Chase’s His for the Holidays has all the feels—engaging characters, a fabulous meet cute, fast paced storyline and lots of Christmas cheer!
Interior designer Hannah Christy never imagined that she’d be trapped in an elevator with her sexy neighbor Gage Lawson. Or that they would share secrets and bond over tins of homemade cookies, bottles of wine and a laugh out loud game of truth or dare! Hannah’s life is turned upside down when she’s not offered a promotion; instead she’s been given a few weeks off and her consolation prize is a small out of state project. Not what she was expecting…. At All.
Gage Lawson is a swoony hero—in fact he’s one of my favorite Samantha Chase characters. With his camel color coat, perfectly styled hair and handsome face—he’s what dreams are made of! And he can cook! One of my favorite lines in the book is when Gage invites a devastated Hannah for waffles “Waffles make everything better. Trust me.”
Hannah agrees to spend the holidays with Gage and his family. Loved Gage’s family—his over the top matchmaking sisters and Mom added so much warmth and laugh out loud moments to this novel. Loved the holiday competition at Gage’s mom’s over 55 community—it was fierce!
Loved the Hallmark feel of this novel – the tree trimming parties, hot cocoa, sledding and snow! It really got me in the Christmas spirit. Samantha Chase incorporates several unexpected plot twists which raise the bar in this story. The couple’s journey wasn’t easy—with Hannah’s career crisis and Gage’s matchmaking family—that made me root for their Happily Ever After!
Hannah and Gage’s story captivated me when she offered Gage a homemade cookie! His For the Holidays is a must read for this holiday season! Grab a mug of hot cocoa and add lots of marshmallows (and maybe a cookie or two!) and enjoy this sweet romantic holiday novel!

WEDDING WONDERLAND by Samantha Chase:
SAVE THE DATE! You are cordially invited to the wedding of Mia Kingsley and Austin Coleman. Or you will be if a snowstorm doesn't blanket the town with piles of fresh snow, making the trip to the chapel near impossible. But the Coleman family is not about to let a measly little storm ruin Mia and Austin's perfect day. After all, Magnolia Sound is just the place for a perfect wedding wonderland.
DESTINED FOR FOREVER by Stefanie London
Romantic comedy screenwriter, Lily Dunn, watches her life go from happily ever after to crappily ever after when she gets dumped on live television.
Facing her overprotective family at her cousin's wedding is not ideal. They think she's not cut out for cutthroat Hollywood. How can she prove she's moved on? Pretend to have a new man, of course. The only rule is: keep it fake.
But the chemistry with her former high school crush burns hotter than an open fire. Can two bruised and battered hearts find the kind of love that only happens in the movies?
Loved that this novel blended the excitement, the stress and the last minute wedding craziness with laughter, love and family. Enjoyed the cameo appearances by the Meet Me at the Altar ladies: Skye, Leanna and Josie.
It looks like Mia’s wedding wish to be barefoot on the beach is about to come true ... until it starts to snow! Magnolia Sound is blanketed under 2 feet of snow! Things are looking pretty grim; the wedding is canceled, guests are stranded at airport and Mia and Austin are devastated. The couple is unaware that their family and friends are about to spread a bit of Christmas magic their way!
Samantha Chase scores a hat trick with the heartfelt wedding vows, the close knit Coleman family and the romantic setting. Mia and Austin are my favorite Magnolia couple. Their opposites attract romance drew me into The Way the Story Goes and this novella continues their romance without missing a beat! I teared up when Austin imagined his grandfather smiling at him and giving him his blessing on his wedding day –just the right blend of sentiment and emotion! Loved catching up with the Coleman’s and the couple’s friends as they joined together to create a magical wedding celebration!
Wedding Wonderland is celebration of family – grab a mug of hot chocolate and enjoy!
Destined For Forever-- Stefanie London
What could be worse---getting dumped by your boyfriend on national TV or sitting next to your high school crush on an airplane? Lily Dunn’s dilemma drew me into this entertaining holiday romance.
Stefanie London is a new to me author. I adored this character driven novel and the smart, witty back and forth banter between Lily and Sean Hutcherson. Sean Hutcherson was Lily’s secret high school crush. They shared one passionate kiss and Sean has been the inspiration for every romantic hero Lily has written. Swoon!
Sean offers to be Lily’s diversion tactic—fake boyfriend- for the weekend family wedding they are attending. Stefanie London adds just the right amount of drama and passion in the couple’s relationship. Although Lily and Sean’s chemistry sizzles, Lily reminds herself throughout the story that the relationship is pretend even though she is finding Sean hard to resist. There’s lots of love, laughter and celebration in this story too. Loved the scene where Lily wants to make a snowman – Sean teases her and the snowballs fly!
Destined For Forever has all the feels—it’s an entertaining, perfectly paced story full of charming characters set during the holiday season. Loved that both characters were at a crossroads-professionally and romantically-and that new beginnings were within their grasp. I enjoyed every word and am going to return to Patterson’s Bluff to read about the characters I met in this novel!

Lucy Hannigan has inherited her mother's bulldog, Bella, and her childhood home, the only pink house on Gingerbread Lane. With the holidays coming up, the pressure is on to decorate the house for the annual lights competition and maintain her parent's winning streak. But Lucy already has her hands full as a midwife and a new landlord-to her ex-fiance.
When Miles Bruno is suddenly asked to move out of his rental home, he's grateful to Lucy for taking him on as a tenant. But their broken-off engagement doesn't make it easy to live next door. Sparks still fly between them, and he'd give anything to get back in Lucy's good graces. But to do that will take much more than just tree trimming and house decorating and contest winning. Will one wildly grand romantic gesture on Christmas Eve finally soften her heart?
Annie Rains creates a heartwarming second chance story set during the season of love, hope and forgiveness. The unresolved feelings and the undeniable chemistry between midwife Lucy Hannigan and police officer Miles Bruno immediately drew me into The Christmas Village.
Lucy and Miles’ story is emotional and very complicated. Lucy never understood why Miles broke up with her ten years ago and Miles has never stopped loving Lucy. Neither of them were able to move forward. I enjoyed that the author added drama to this holiday romance--it kept me engaged in the story.
Miles realizes that Lucy is still grieving for her Mom and is struggling both emotionally and financially. He has two goals: to make sure Lucy isn’t alone during the holidays and to win the neighborhood’s Merriest Lawn contest which offers a cash prize. Loved that Miles’ competitive spirit and his enthusiasm enabled Lucy to face the holidays with a smile.
Loved how Lucy and Miles story developed during the novel. Both Lucy and Miles are complex, strong characters. Lucy is building her midwife practice, re connecting with friends and has set a goal to be out of debt by the New Year. Miles childhood experiences play a huge part in his desire to help his community and be financially stable. Miles is a charming romantic –he’s a swoon worthy hero! I loved that he owned his mistakes— this made me love him all the more! Loved that the couple shared a romantic past and Annie Rains is able to convey all the feels-heartbreak, love, forgiveness-as the couple's story unfolds.
Annie Rains has created the perfect small town and filled it with wonderful characters. I loved the small town feel and the sense of community in the Somerset Lake series. I imagined that I was watching the holiday flotilla with Lucy, Miles and their friends. I could see the bright lights and festive displays on Lucy’s street. Loved the honest conversations and the strong bonds between Lucy, Moira, Della, Trisha and Tess. Miles love for his family and his community shows each time he speaks with his mom, sister and the children who spent time at the Youth Center. The two secondary stories added a bit of mystery to this story and introduced new characters to the Somerset Lake community.

Hope Jeffries is determined to gain full custody of her twin nieces from their absentee dad. But when she finally confronts Dr. Walker Evans, Hope discovers she has the wrong man—this handsome Colorado widower is the girls’ uncle!
While Hope and Walker try to locate his brother, can they also give their nieces a perfect family Christmas?
Renee Ryan’s Surprise Family Christmas is a sweet story filled with family, love and holiday traditions!
Hope Jefferies and her twin nieces have travelled to Colorado in search of their father. Hope believes that Dr. Walker Evans married her sister and is the twin’s father. Hope is stunned to learn that Walker’s brother Brent was involved with her sister, not Walker.
Loved this plot choice as it allowed Hope and Walker to work together to care for their nieces. I enjoyed how Hope and Walker revealed bits and pieces of their past to each other—their conversations were honest and very emotional. Hope and Walker were worlds apart-in terms of upbringing and experiences- their common goal solidified their relationship.
I look forward to reading more books by Renee Ryan as I loved the characters, the importance of family and the many surprises throughout this heartwarming novel!
Academic Lauren Van Meveren isn’t one to get lassoed into being a nanny for a seven-year-old girl. The PhD had one goal when she stepped her stiletto in Sweet River, Montana; complete her research project and get back to civilization.
To her surprise, she quickly found herself enchanted by this foreign world of cowboys, ranches and seasonal traditions that tugged at her heartstrings.
All widower Seth Anderssen wants for Christmas is a temporary nanny for his injured daughter. Touched by his SOS, Lauren steps up.
The sizzling attraction between the two lonely hearts can’t be denied. It’s soon clear to everyone they belong together. But will a promise made long ago keep Lauren from a lifetime of happiness in this sexy cowboy’s arms?
Cindy Kirk’s For the Love of Ivy is a must read for the holiday season!
Loved the sizzling chemistry between the couple in this slow burn, second chance love story. For the Love of Ivy has just the perfect amount of romance blended with great characters, honest conversations and relatable conflict.
Montana rancher Seth Anderssen is in a tough situation. He needs to find someone to care for his injured daughter Ivy during the holiday season. He asks his friend Lauren Van Meveren if she’d be able to help. Lauren has plans to spend the holidays alone working on her PhD dissertation. To sweeten the deal , Seth invites Lauren to spend Christmas Eve at his ranch. This invitation is a key element in the story as the couple’s mutual attraction is given a chance to develop.
For the Love of Ivy is an engaging story. I enjoyed all of the holiday themes and traditions in the story—these added to the novel’s appeal. Cindy Kirk writes fabulous small town romances. Her characters and their journeys make her one of my must read authors. Seth’s promise and Ivy’s wish drew me into the story and I enjoyed every word.
Lauren, Seth and Ivy’s story has all the feels—it’s a poignant, heartwarming and romantic read. Settle in with a mug of hot chocolate and enjoy this fabulous holiday romance!
The Buchanan sisters all share special childhood memories of their Aunt Sassy's beloved Juniper Inn. There, they frolicked in the snow, baked sugar cookies, and celebrated the town's annual Christmas extravaganza. They haven't been back to Colorado in nearly fifteen years, but when their aunt invites them for one last Christmas, they can't say no . . .
Home for the Holidays is my first Christmas -themed read of the season. Words can’t express how much I enjoyed this heartwarming, magical story set in Juniper Springs!
Sara Richardson’s descriptive writing style drew me into the story immediately. Sisters Dahlia, Magnolia and Rose Buchanan receive a package and an invitation from their Aunt Sassy to spend one last Christmas together. I enjoyed reading how each sister treasured the Christmas holidays in Juniper Springs and that the invitation arrived when the sisters needed each other’s strength and support.
Each one of the Buchanan sisters needs a bit of Christmas magic. Dahlia is newly divorced mother of two young children. She needs to regain her self-confidence and embrace her future. Magnolia is newly separated and desperately needs a Christmas miracle. Rose is struggling. She is overwhelmed with wedding planning, social obligations and everyone’s expectations of her.
I enjoyed that the author chose the alternating point of view narrative in this novel. I was able to appreciate each sister’s unique situation, their emotions and perspective. Sara Richardson has created three distinctive stories for the Buchanan sisters. The conversations between Dahlia, Magnolia and Rose are honest, heartfelt and humorous. The bond between sisters is one of the key pieces in the storyline- Sisters may not live near each other but they are always there for each other- and the author does a fabulous job weaving this element throughout the book.
The author adds the right amount of magic and romance to create a wonderful holiday read. I enjoyed this novel and can’t wait to read Sara Richardson’s next book!
Quirky Faith Pierson loves her life in rural Vermont. Especially in December when she throws herself into the local holiday festivities.
Widower Graham Westfall doesn’t have time for Christmas. After missing the mark on his last ad campaign by a New York mile, his job now hangs in the balance. He has one month to come up with a new campaign or he’s out. He arrives in Holly Pointe planning to work the month away while his twin daughters spend time with their grandmother.
When he discovers there’s no room at Gramma Ginny’s Inn, his only choice of lodging is the one place in Holly Pointe he doesn’t want to be…the Candy Cane Christmas House.
Holiday Party Central accurately describes the home where Faith and her Grandmother live. Under this roof there are cookies to bake, lessons to learn and love to embrace. If a romance between an artist and an ad executive can’t bloom at this time of year…then when?
Faith Pierson was my favorite character in Cindy Kirk’s first Holly Pointe holiday story. A kind, generous person, Faith personified the true spirt and meaning of Christmas. She loves all of the holiday events in her town and immerses herself in the town’s holiday activities.
Graham Westfall and his twin daughters travel to Holly Pointe to spend time with his late wife’s family. They arrive to find a houseful of people and end up renting an apartment in Faith’s family home. Graham is all business. His plan of rewriting an ad campaign falls apart when he realizes that he will have to spend Family time with his daughters.
I love the characters in this series. Faith stepped up to care for her grandmother, Mary, when she became ill. Faith stayed in Holly Pointe and opened a store which features and handmade inspirational sayings painted on boards. The store, her employees and the inspirational messages are important to Faith. Graham’s mother-in-law Ginny is a fabulous character-her conversations with Graham are fabulous-she encourages him to talk about his wife, to consider dating and to go after what he really wants.
Two characters that surprised me were Dustin and Krista. Faith and her store were featured on their tv show last season. The episode got high ratings and the couple have made Faith an offer to feature her work in their new store. The couple is also connected to Graham as he is being offered a second chance to create an ad campaign for the power couple. I liked that Cindy Kirk depicted Dustin as an aggressive business man-I was not thrilled with his actions and his underhanded way of getting what he wanted. The conflict between these characters adds a lot of spice to the story. Faith and Graham’s relationship is tested and Faith’s determination to take her time making her decision makes Dustin realize that he cannot push Faith into a commitment.
I love that the characters are not perfect; they are relatable. Trust, faith and love are the cornerstones of this holiday novel. I love the small town setting and the sense of community-people coming together to share traditions in this series. Loved that Cindy Kirk presented “an opportunity of a lifetime” to Faith and Graham and how it drove the storyline.
Grab a cup of tea and your favorite blanket or corgi—and settle in for a fabulous afternoon read. This book is a holiday treasure.
Two people who have spent most of their lives being rivals...
Learn a little something about following their hearts...
Carter Montgomery broke the family mold when he went to culinary school. Now a successful restauranteur, he's at a crossroads: should he continue on his successful path or look for a new challenge? What he needs is time alone to think things through. But his matchmaking family has other ideas...
A Dash of Christmas is Carter Montgomery and Emery Monaghan’s enemies to friends to lovers story! Loved the characters backstory-they were childhood rivals-and how Eliza Montgomery’s holiday cookbook project brought them together.
Emery learns that her politician boyfriend has been cheating on her. To add to her humiliation, he has been accused of inappropriate sexual behavior. By employing this current events storyline, the author makes Emery a relatable heroine. Everyone understands being disappointed by friend or lover but, Emery has been embarrassed beyond belief. Eliza Montgomery offers Emery the perfect place to regroup and hide out from the media; her family’s condo in New York City and enlists her help in a charity project.
Eliza knows that her son Carter, who is helping her with the cookbook, is scheduled to stay at the condo. Eliza makes sure Carter and Emery are at the condo at the same time—she’s learned a lot about matchmaking from her sister- in -law! Sparks fly when the couple realizes they are both working on the same project!
I loved the dynamic between Carter and Emery—they are total opposites and their conversations are fabulous. Samantha Chase is an excellent storyteller—Emery and Carter’s story draws the reader in from the first chapter. Loved that famous chef Carter was appalled that Emery’s breakfast choice was chocolate pop tarts—I could imagine his expression- and that Emery nudged him by saying that grape jelly was her favorite fruit. Carter loved creating his fancy ingredient meals from scratch while Emery had no problem eating frozen pizza!
As Carter and Emery spend time together working on the cookbook-their mutual attraction sizzles and it’s such fun to have them fall in love while arguing about gouda, pop tarts and kettle corn! Their visons of a holiday meal are totally opposite; Carter wanted to create a fancy over the top meal while Emery wanted to eat a traditional turkey dinner with stuffing and mashed potatoes and a few cookies for dessert. Loved that Carter got Emery to try different foods and that Emery’s idea of simple, comfort foods resonated and inspired Carter.
A Dash of Christmas brings the west coast Montgomerys to New York for a mock Christmas dinner comprised of recipes from the cookbook. Loved that Emery spent time with Meghan, Summer, Gabriella and Maylene.
Carter and Emery’s story has all the feels—it’s a heartwarming celebration of family, food and love. I am sad that my favorite series has ended and loved that Ms. Chase gave the Montgomery family a perfect Christmas card ending!
Thank you Samantha for writing a fabulous series! I loved William Montgomery and his charming, over the top, matchmaking schemes, adored Gina and Mac, related to Summer, Maylene and Ethan’s romance and cheered for Zach to recover and realize that Gabriella was his perfect match! Megan and Alex’s story will always be special to me—it’s my comfort read. This series is a fan favorite because everyone needs a little magic in their life!
Stranded in the Snow (Holiday Acres, Book 2) by Noelle Adams
Olivia Holiday doesn't expect to spend the weekend stranded in a romantic cottage during a snowstorm with the one man she dislikes the most. Scott is a player and holds a grudge against her family, and she's determined not to give in to the deep feelings for him she's been hiding.
A Christmas Rescue (Silver Bell Falls, Book 4) by Samantha Chase
Saving a litter of puppies right before Christmas was incredibly rewarding for Bailey Walsh. But getting snowed in with her sexy-yet-grinchy veterinarian boss turns out to be rewarding in a whole other way.
Love on the Edge Of Reason (Pine Harbour, Book 8) by Zoe York
Tom Minelli doesn't know why Chloe Davis has fled Pine Harbour, but she's pregnant with his baby and he wants her back. But a winter storm rolls in just as he finds her, trapping them together in a cabin on the lake.
I am so excited to review the three novellas in Snowed in for Christmas! I loved that each couple was snowed in for a few days as being trapped together challenged each couple to acknowledge their feelings for each other. Loved the great descriptive writing, sexual tension and honest dialogue in each story.
The sexual tension between Olivia Holiday and Scott Mattheson is sizzles on page one of Stranded in the Snow by Noelle Adams. Olivia’s family runs Holiday Acres, a farm that also serves as a wedding venue. Olivia has a love-hate relationship with Scott and is not amused when her sister asks her to show Scott, a photographer, the farm’s honeymoon cottage. The fun begins when Olivia and Scott are stranded in the cottage. Loved the attraction between Olivia and Scott and the couple’s honest conversations. This story impressed me so much that I ordered the next book in the series.
A Christmas Rescue was my favorite story. I adored Samantha Chase’s Silver Bells holiday romances and this story embodied all of the elements of the Silver Bells series that I love. The characters are fabulous, the romance is sweet and the true meaning of Christmas is woven seamlessly through the story. Loved Bailey and Gavin’s (aka the Grinch) opposites attract story. Bailey loves Christmas; the decorations, the lights and baking. Gavin does not like the holidays... AT ALL. Delivering a litter of puppies during a snowstorm provides this couple the perfect opportunity to explore their feelings for each other. Samantha Chase has written an emotional story filled with her trademark spot on dialogue and humor. And the epilogue is a riot! This story would make a perfect Hallmark movie!
Love on the Edge of Reason is the first Zoe York book that I have read. I enjoyed this second chance holiday romance. Tom Minelli is spending Christmas Eve alone. He doesn’t know where Chloe Davis, his friend with benefits, is. Tom tracks Chloe down and arrives at her cabin just as a snow storm lands. They are forced to spend several days together. I loved Tom; he knew that he messed things up with Chloe and he so wanted to make things right. The conversations between the couple were painfully honest and emotional. Spending time in the cabin allowed Tom and Chloe the chance to open up to each other and learn to trust each other. Great characters and a sweet relatable story.
